When does registration open?

Registration opens to the public on February 10th, 2025. Until then, you can make sure you are able to login into CampDoc, or create an account, so that is one less step you have to do when registration opens!

Our camp property is located at the Cedar Lake Outdoor Center in Chelsea, MI. The address for camp is 2500 Pierce Road, Chelsea, MI 48118.

How do I register my child for camp?

Our registration is done online through the forum called CampDoc. Go under the registration tab, and click the button that says register. You’ll have to create an account if you do not have one already for your camper.

Is payment required at the time of registration?

Yes. Due to high demand and a limited number of spots, payment is required to secure your child’s spot. Until full payment is received, they will be on hold and their spot is not secured.

Do you offer scholarships?

Yes. We offer multiple scholarships each year. Check our scholarships tab to see what ones are available or to apply.

Who do I contact while my child is at camp in case of an emergency?

During the camp season, the camp director can be reached by email at [email protected] or the camp phone: (517) 371 – 0390.

What should my child pack for camp?

You can find a full packing list HERE.

What are the check-in and check-out procedures?

All parents and guardians will recieve a parent handbook via email when you register. This handbook will have all the necessary information regarding check-in and check-out for campers and parents.

Can I request for campers to be in the same cabin/group?

Out of fairness to all campers, cabin groups and activity groups are randomized.

Depending on the activity, sometimes groups are based of skill level/experience. We promote campers getting to know new peers and stepping out of their comfort zone!

Even if your camper is not bunked with their buddy or in the same activity group, there are many times throughout the camp week they will get to see their friends, such as meal times, nightly campfires, and for our ‘all camp’ games.
